At Chocobreeze, each order is made to order, ensuring that every chocolate is personalized to your specific requirements. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

No Refunds or Returns

As all our chocolates are custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order is placed. This policy helps maintain the highest level of quality and personalization for our customers.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care in the creation and packaging of your order. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will happily rectify the situation.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • You received a damaged item.
  • You received the wrong product.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

Resolution Process

Upon receiving your request and verifying the issue, we will:

  • Offer a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Cover the cost of reshipping the corrected product to you.

Order Cancellations

As each order is customized, we are unable to accept cancellations once the production process has begun. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
